Spring Bling! – Prada’s Spring Summer 2012 Ad Campaign

Looking through the spring summer 2012 ad campaigns this week, I noticed one particular trend – there seems to be a whole lot of shimmering, glimmering spring time bling featured in many of the designer’s campaigns. Being a complete devotee of beautiful blinging pieces, the more extravagant the better, I instantly fell in love with Prada‘s spring summer 2012 ad campaign – which is pretty telling, considering I am not usually bowled over by a Prada collections (barring the shoes of course), the way I am by Miu Miu, Marc Jacobs or Lanvin. So, I thought I’d pull out the most blinging fashion ad campaigns of the season…starting with Prada!

Prada’s Spring Summer 2012 Fashion ad campaign was shot by Steven Meisel and features fashion models Natasha Poly, Ymre Stiekema, Katryn Kruger, Meghan Collison, Elise Crombez, and Guinevere van Seenus.

These brilliantly dressed women hanging out in the gas station looking super ridiculous and fabulously frivolous is exactly why I ADORE fashion!  I am literally counting down the days till I can justify purchasing my spring wardrobe!
